2. Enquiries & Quotations

Quick enquiry forms, contact forms, WhatsApp, phone, and our AI travel assistant provide general guidance based on publicly available site information. Formal quotations, itineraries, and fares are confirmed by our team. Quotes are typically valid for a limited period stated in the quotation and may change due to seasonal rates, fuel costs, hotel availability, or transport tariffs.

3. Bookings & Payments

• You must provide accurate traveller details, contact information, and travel preferences.
• Advance payments or deposits may be required to reserve hotels, vehicles, or tour seats.
• Full payment deadlines will be shared before travel; late payment may result in cancellation of reserved services.

5. Rail Tickets & Hotel Bookings

Rail and hotel bookings depend on third-party systems and availability. We assist with search, booking, and coordination but cannot guarantee waitlisted tickets or last-minute rooms. Cancellation and amendment rules of Indian Railways, hotels, or suppliers apply in addition to our service terms.

6. Car Rental

• Vehicles are provided with professional drivers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Usage is subject to agreed kilometres, hours, routes, and waiting time. Extra charges may apply for overtime, night driving, hills, outstation, or additional stops.
• Customers must treat vehicles responsibly. Damage due to negligence may be chargeable.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the service type and how close the cancellation is to the travel date, plus any non-refundable hotel, ticket, or supplier fees already incurred. Refund timelines follow bank and supplier processing. Please request cancellations in writing (email or WhatsApp) to our booking contacts for a clear settlement summary.

• Arrive on time for pickups, check-ins, and train departures

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for safe and reliable journeys, CTTCRS is not liable for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural calamities, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, airline/rail cancellations, etc.). Our liability, where legally applicable, is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected service component.
